AST Creatine HSC and Xenadrine

Has anyone had any experience taking both AST Creatine HSC (lemon) and Xenadrine (fat burning dose - 2 capsules in the morning and 2 mid afternoon) at the same time? Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

I believe that there was a study done on the combination of caffeine (found in xenadrine) and creatine. The outcome was that caffeine deminished the uptake of creatine...

take the creatine before workouts and xenadrine in the morning and at 3:30 it will work better
