yikes, a serious post from me...

what are your favorite proteinfactory
mixes/combos/sizes/flavors and how helpful
was the stuff, in your opinion, during your
recent dieting???

Actually the only product I have ever tried of PF is their ion exchanged whey (97% B.A) I get the chocolate flavor sweeten with cocoa and splenda.

I think it is VERY quality protein. I do not get the bloat like I was doing off some others and it does not have that gassy/foam look to it like IsoPure Zero or Low Carb mix. It was a very significant part in my dieting.

I would recommend it highly and will be using it again and again.

Wodin on the other hand got one that was ... um... rather unpleasant. But of course he added shit to it like he was creating a potion to serve those contestants on Fear Factor. You can ask him what he got that was so horrible.
