Hello Group,
I'm new here. I have spent a few days reading various posts - and I'm very comfortable knowing that a lot of you really understand supplements and your body! I am a former weight lifter - was a marine and pretty lean (approx 9% bf back in the day) - did a few cycles of dbol - but as age has crept up (and my diet and fitness have become pretty pathetic) - I've put on a lot of weight. My current bf is approx 21%. I'm 6'1" and 244lbs. I'm slowly starting to get back into the gym with a basic exercise program, but will never be as hard into it as I once was. Ok - so - here's my question - I'm going to start a stack to burn fat quicker. I have read great things about Clenbuterol, T3 and Ketotifen - can someone here help me design a 12-week program / stack with the correct dosages, etc. I pretty much lived off of straight Ephedrin when I was lifting, but never stacked - and didn't even know the problems w/ receptors back then....I just want to make sure I'm getting the max out of the stack and won't harm my body.
