Assistance with Clen, T3 and Ketotifen Stack

Hello Group,

I'm new here. I have spent a few days reading various posts - and I'm very comfortable knowing that a lot of you really understand supplements and your body! I am a former weight lifter - was a marine and pretty lean (approx 9% bf back in the day) - did a few cycles of dbol - but as age has crept up (and my diet and fitness have become pretty pathetic) - I've put on a lot of weight. My current bf is approx 21%. I'm 6'1" and 244lbs. I'm slowly starting to get back into the gym with a basic exercise program, but will never be as hard into it as I once was. Ok - so - here's my question - I'm going to start a stack to burn fat quicker. I have read great things about Clenbuterol, T3 and Ketotifen - can someone here help me design a 12-week program / stack with the correct dosages, etc. I pretty much lived off of straight Ephedrin when I was lifting, but never stacked - and didn't even know the problems w/ receptors back then....I just want to make sure I'm getting the max out of the stack and won't harm my body. Thanks in advance to anyone that responds!

Welcome.

I think you should hold off on the clen / t-3 until you get your body fat down quite a bit. That is not going to help much with your bodyfat where it is currently. Diet and cardio will be key for you. There is no easy way to do this as the weight didn't go on overnight it won't come off overnight either.

Personally, I have ran clen and t-3 before. I would never run it again. First, clen is really bad for your heart. T-3 has been known to have a serious rebound effect once stopped, thus gaining more fat than what you started with. Both are dangerous and I would STRONGLY recommend not using either.

Try using Lipoflame first. It is VERY effective. Nothing is going to work for you unless your diet and cardio are spot on. Feel free to PM me if you need more help.
 
I am not very experienced with performance enhancers but I began to add in T3 about a month ago with the cycle I am on now. My energy went down to about zero. I felt exhausted and wanted no part of the gym. I found myself pulling up outside the gym then pulling away to eat some fast food to go to sleep. If you want to loose weight and your just getting back into to it hard then the weight will go fast. When you go from not going hard to building up your endurance to go hard five days a week then the weight comes off. If anything the weight is good cause it will help your strength. I would not worry too much about the extra fat because that is what women worry about. Just go hard for three months with just protien and mabey creatine. Then get yourself a little deca/test. Then have a party. I would stay away from the T3 and that other crap. Just giving you the honest truth but knock yourself out with the other stuff if you would like and post about it in here. My guess is nothing good will come from it but everyones different.
 
People never experience the tiredness on T4 that they get from T3.
 
I am the resident t-3/clen hater--not because it does not work, but because unless you are making a living as a model or BB, the risk vs. reward is just too high.

compounds like Lipoflame and Cardio Heat are designed to help the body burn fat--not as a side effect of potent drugs that can have a profound effect on your natty physiology.
 
12 weeks would be too long if you decide to go against the advice of the board which is very good advice to not bother with either of these substances, 6 weeks would be a maximum, I was tempted to try this combo but have trust in the advice and opinions of the guys here at Elite Fitness and take their advice seriously.
 
Albuteral + T4 would be a much cleaner, safer and wiser choice.

You're a Marine , so you know how to lose weight. I can understand wanting to take some short cuts as well.
1. My advice is go under 200mcg for first dose of clen. The change in your heart rate will be abrupt. I generally do 75 mcg for the first dose and ramp up during the 3 weeks and then ramp back down the following 3 weeks.

2. use clen and ketotifen to extend the cycle to 6 weeks. Benadryl also works. I would avoid T3 personally because you may be out of the marines but your thyroid still functions. There are other products that work better without the shutdown issue. Check out Lipoflame or a user named Omega. This is a better option then T3

3. I would use a high protein moderate carbs and fat diet.
50% protein 30% complex carbs (yes all complex) 20% fat. The fat should be almost all unsaturated with the exception of 100% CACAO (bakers chocolate) and coconut. Chocolate enhances weight loss , but it has to be 100% CACAO.

4. keep the calories around your BMR which is probably like 2400 calories
Just eat that many calories on top of the above

The rest you already know about. You've had the training , you just need to repeat it.

The is an addendum to the part in bold. If you want to do ketosis you can do something like 50% protein 20% complex carb 30% fat which will allow you to eat more steak and tree nuts || peanuts, but with only 100g of complex carbs , you may go into ketosis. This amount of complex carbs would only keep my blood sugar from going hypo.

Also if you're going to do clen , I would take double of my multivitamin and extra of any minerals you feel are important to you

12 weeks seems a little too long of a T3/Clen/Ket cycle, shoot for 9 a the most, Clen for 6 weeks straight/ Keto coming on the 2nd week for the duration of the clen, T3 for the 1st 3 wks, break for 3 wks, then 3 more. Pyramid these compounds to your tolerance, everybody is diff. Research and compare dosages, the More doesnt mean the Better. S/F.
