i was posting shit on here at 9pm when i hear a whoomp outside my house. I'm like wtf??? i go outside and my next door neighbor says... i think that guy just hit your car, we better go after him he's down the street. We run down the street and the fucker is putting a bottle of something in his trunk. I'm ready to rip his head off.

Turns out he smashed my car (2002 pt cruiser 7500 miles on it ) his tire came off, smashed through my garage like 50 ft down the street, smashed into a pole, tried taking a right turn down another street and his car wouldn't go. After his wheel fell off his car was sparking up like crazy witnesses said.

I want a new car, i don't want them to fix it... if the insurance company fixes my car, this guy (who lives a block from me) is gonna pay me cash out of his ass or he is going to wish he never lived.

EVen worse... my street is heavily populated with little kids. This fuckface coulda killed a kid or something. Fucking SCUMBAG!!!! FUCK!!! FUCK!!!!!! FUCK!!!!!!!!

If there wasn't any frame damage then they might just fix the car, if your shit is bent then you might get the cash value, but seeing that it's a 2002 that cash just might only be enough to pay it off if your financing.

When I wrecked (someone hit me) it came to over $12,000 in repairs on a $20,000 car! I thought you could consider it 'totaled' if the cost of repair was more than a certain percentage of the value. They would not consider it totaled because there was no damage to the frame or engine. What a bum deal that was.
Needless to say I dropped that insurance company right after.
