Definitely a good idea. Wont hurt a cyce but will thin the bood so that "sticky" cholesterol levels are controled(not lowered).

yea, just be careful and use moderation. the acetaminophen (sp?) in Tylenol is an extra stressor on the liver and aspirin increases the time it takes for blood to clot, which obviously could lead to some problems given certain circumstances.

Avoid Tylenol at all possible costs, my mom works at hospital and has seem more than her share of messed up livers from alcohol/tylenol mixing.
