would appreciate some advice for a 2nd cycle I am starting to plan.
let me tell you about me. I'm 30.. been pumping for 12 years off and on.. the past 3 years I have been ON and specifically the past year I have been very dedicated to the gym 5-6X a week. I decided to try my first ever cycle starting last Dec to shoot me to the next level. WAS 5' 6" 155 pounds 9% bf. benching 245 pounds max.
did 8 week cycle of deca 400/week.. stacked with 9 week cycle of sustanon 500/week .. and 6 weeks of Dbol just 15-20mg/day (dont want to mess up my liver), tons of water and tons of food. zero junk food. I would guestimate 100-120 grams protein and probably 6-8 meals a day
I went to 184 pounds 14% bf and bench maxing 295 pounds ... specifically my sex drive was thru the roof and I was noticing a pump when i worked out and an animal like attitude in the gym at 6am.
PCT I am currently on nolva for 4 weeks and have dropped down to 178, 12% bf and still maxing 285.. so I am pretty pleased with my strength gains but not too thrilled with my body in terms of being as cut as I would like cause I think I was a bit on the bloated side.
anyway I am wondering all that aside what a good 2nd cycle is.. I plan on waiting 10 weeks and then starting it. I have read that primo and sust are bad stacked together. but I also read that primo is better then deca when it comes to keeping gains.
should I do deca and sust again? up the dosages a bit? or should i try a diff stack this time.
I plan on really dedicating myself even more then before this time around so I want to make sure I am on the best possible stack and not waste this opportunity. please give me some suggestions, thanks a lot.
