Yeah I watched a freind do a quad injection and nearly puked going in was a cool but when he pulled out there was a bit blood. Then he told me that sometimes you get a gusher :worried: Also I have heard from some woman that ran it very hard on your joints when you come off but I guess that is an indivdual thing. Oh did I mention that I am chicken shit to give myself a needle. ;)

I was skeered to death my first time...you'll do OK.
Have dawgbowl shoot your hip or quads. The first is the hardest. The fourth was like the four hundredth. It gets so easy, you'll be suprised.
I have gotten 2 gushers. Nothing major. Learn where the nerves are.
