I'm at a 290 bench platuea...I'm natty and weigh 185 lbs...what is the summarized soultion?

i think it's possible.....probably some water,

i gained 30 lbs on 300mg deca + 30mg winny everyday.

just gotta eat!!

Where I come from that's 5-6 weeks of of d-bol, and 5 weeks if Sus, gaining 20-35 quality lbs. IMO impossible, eating or not.

Gotta question for ya.........What the hell happened to this board??? :)

i'd run 250mg/week for 10 weeks.....i'd gain 20lbs guaranteed....if i ate enough

they blocked me at work bro, so i haven't been posting much...therefore, this board

lol when i was 10 and below i used to always scratch mya ss, and my brother would smell it like hours later when i was molesting him and hed be like "GROSS YOU PICKED YOUR BUTT AGAIN, GO WASH YOUR HANDS"
 
This will be my first full cycle!!! i actually have 350 so i can do 6 weeks @ 8 a day and 10 amps at once a week injects...ill keep you posted...ill be more than happy with 20 lbs

stats:
6'2" 240lbs @ 18% bf (was 275 @31% bf with a 42" waist)
48" chest, 36" waist, 17.5" biceps, 13" forearms
ill be training with the 5 and dime during my cycle
i bench 335 and squat close to 500 naturally
its not all that great but i guess its a good start if i have only been seriously lifting for a little over a year

think i can gain atleast 20 lbs?

Ill keep you posted. Im going to start my cycle monday after this cycle im gonna do an 8-12 week cutter with deca, whinny, clen, t3 cycle. Im a big believer in the clen i lost almost 6 pant sizes with it in just 2-2 weekers. Thanks for the support man!

Now will i drop below 13 % body fat with my cutter cycle?

yes, i'm pretty sure I am blocked at work....though no one has said anything to me officially.
