well, i think first and foremost i must say my ass has always had a nice shape. when i was younger i rode my bike everywhere, so i'm sure that helped develop my legs and the harder pedaling up hills and what not more than likely gave my ass a nice shape.
my ass has gotten nicer though, and i would have to say the key has been deep squatting. i go down until my hams graze my calfs then drive back up. at my 5'6" height with maybe a 30" inseam it looks like i'm going very low. i've had leg days where my ass cheeks have actually been sore afterwards. those were very few and far between, but it's happened.

How was school this past semester?
ugh. that about sums it up. i busted my ass for my one psych class and barely managed a C. at least i got a C, because a D would've meant i would have had to retake it (and be put at the bottom of the waiting list for the class) or change my major.
other than that, i got a B in Elementary Electronics (which went beyond the "basic" electronics, it was supposed to be a very basic beginner's course), i got a B in Music Listening (damn required Arts and Humanities credits), and i got an A- in Juvenile Delinquency.
kinda ticked about that A-. it should be an A so my semester GPA is 3.0, not 2.92. oh well, my overall GPA is up to 2.86, much better than the 2.7-something it dropped to after a hellish spring semester.
i'm just glad the semester is over.
What you guys doing for Christmas??
xmas morning here, then over to her mother's for more xmas and an early lunch, then driving 2 hours to my sister's house which is in Allentown, then driving 2 hours home. i'd offer to drive another 1.5 hours to swing by your place, but i dunno what time we're leaving my sister's house and we'll have both the kids with us. they might be getting kinda cranky by that point.
we are, however, getting rid of Sabrina the next day for a week. we'll just have Ryan with us. possible get-together during that week? Barbara will be working i think most of the week, which sucks, but towards the end of the week we might be able to swing something.
What did you get me for Christmas??
well, i havn't had a chance to brew any beer yet as i'm waiting on some ingredients. if i get a chance to brew and we do have a little get together, i'll bring you a 6-pack. deal? chances are it'd be a really dark beer. i have most of the ingredients for some Austrailian stout, which should be very similar to an Irish Stout (think Guiness

ugh. that about sums it up. i busted my ass for my one psych class and barely managed a C. at least i got a C, because a D would've meant i would have had to retake it (and be put at the bottom of the waiting list for the class) or change my major.
other than that, i got a B in Elementary Electronics (which went beyond the "basic" electronics, it was supposed to be a very basic beginner's course), i got a B in Music Listening (damn required Arts and Humanities credits), and i got an A- in Juvenile Delinquency.
kinda ticked about that A-. it should be an A so my semester GPA is 3.0, not 2.92. oh well, my overall GPA is up to 2.86, much better than the 2.7-something it dropped to after a hellish spring semester.

well, i dunno if she got me any other beers to brew for xmas. i told her i'd go anywhere from light to dark with the exception of pilsners. i like full bodied beers and wouldn't mind brewing a nice light brown lager or something along the lines of Newcastle. if i get some lighter stuff, i'll brew that first so i can have a 6 pack for you. once it's brewed, it has to sit and ferment for a few days before it can be bottled, so i need about 5 days from the start of brewing until i can bottle the beer. i'll hook you up if i can for sure.

well these days (dunno what you had to do when you were in college) in order to get a degree, you've got to have 120 credits. out of those 120 credits, 36 of them must be "diversity" credits. you've got 3 different "groups." Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences, and Math and Natural Sciences. you must complete 12 credits in each one of those groups. that's why i took the Music Listening class (fArts and inHumanities) and the Electronics class (Math and Natural Sciences). i only need 2 more credits in teh Natural Sciences group and i think 3 more in the Social Sciences. fArts and inHumanities is the tough one for me to complete. The Juvenile Delinquency class was for my minor.

my son's name is Ryan. he is 4. one hell of a kid. he looks just like me, so i feel sorry for him.
