Ok I admit that it is apples & oranges for the most part due to the severity of the outcome bother. Point was though, is that they are making their living off of the misery of others whos' only crime was violating a law made by a Government who chooses to unjustly persecute them, no matter how you cut it. The outcomes are(were) much different though, as I already stated. Get the point know?

Maybe I am swayed a little in my feelings because that's how I was housed, fed and clothed as a kid...my dad was & is a cop. And a very FAIR one at that. It's just that most of the cops I know are just doing their job. It pays extrememly well and has great benefits. Some men will go to extreme lengths to adequately provide for their family.

Many times as a child I saw tears in my father's eyes because when other fathers were defending their kids, mine was unable to because the "higher standard" he believes he is held to. There are a lot of cops that don't believe this. They are cops for the power and control that comes with it.

Just as there are idiots that ruin it for the rest of us with drugs like steroids, MDMA & GHB...there are cops that ruin it for the "GOOD" ones.
