AS , Smaller amounts are better?

Hey fellas, i plan on doing my first cycle sometime soon. when i read most of your post , you seem to crazy with how much you guys loose. every magazine i read they say its better to gain of small amounts both aronald and lee priest said this ( well like i believe that) has anyone used small amounts and gained a considerable amount of muscle?and was happy with their cycle?
 
yeah, a first time cycle could be just something like 1 shot of sustanon 250 and 1 shot of deca 200mg per week and you'd probably gain like a mad man.
 
I agree.
Small amounts are good for first cycles and begginers but after a while 250 or 500mg of test aint cutting it no more.
You gotta bump up the dose to see results.
 
Don't go up too fast....

Also, some people get great results for some time off a little amount.

Be sure your diet and training standards are squared away. Only go up when your current dosages make no significant gains. Hopefully, those small and early cycles will give you an idea of how much you need to increase by in later cycles. Always better (health wise) to take a little less than you could than to take more than you should. :)
 
i am a BIG BIG BIG beleiver in low doses, i have done 5 cycles and i just now am doing 800mgs of test a wk, i usually do just 400mgs a wk
 
Well i plan on doing low androgenic cycles, like eq,winn,primo i wanna gain like 10 lean pounds and keep it

You can definitely make great gains on limited volume cycles, particularly early in your juicing career. 10lbs is realistic when using the low-moderate andro/high anabolics you've listed. I've always liked low volume eq/primo stacks for guys looking to gain some quality muscle with limited side effects. The muscle will be lean and hard and will be easy to keep. Strength gains will be fair, but not spectacular. Its really a good way to get your feet wet in the gear game. Most guys just want more drastic results, but you seem content with moderate gains and I think the approach will serve you well. Be warned though bro that that 10lbs is rarely enough! You may be patient now, but when the juice starts pumping and you see even the moderate changes, the progress is addictive. 400 eq/ 300 primo for 12 weeks should be sufficient. Never done this myself, except as a bridge, but I've seen it work well for bros like yourself looking for a training edge rather than the horomonal sledge hammer most of us employ. Out.
