AS and smoking

I'm on my way to quitting cigarrettes and now that I have gotten into AS, I've cut down alot. It would be nice to hear how bad it is to smoke on AS so I can really quit though. A littl words of encouragement

But more, think of all the AS you could buy wasting money on the cigs.
