around one inch gain (on verticle) in two weeks??

christmas break is coming soon and im soooo close to dunking nice but, i just need like one more inch. anyone think its possible in two weeks to gain around another inch or so?

i know this is off topic sorta


but i was watching videos of olympic lifters competing...and this one guy lifted an insane amount of weight. he then put the weight down, was really happy, and jumped up and down. he was jumping so high it was rediculous
 
that's why I'm oly lifting :)

if your body can handle it some depth jumps from 20-24inches may give you some quick gains

Well you can do depth landings and depth jumps.

Start with landing first and then move onto jumps, use the depth landings as a warmup before depth jumping

depth landings - step off a 20-24ingc box and land on both legs bending them and abosrb the shock

depth jumps - the same except you jump up as high as can upon landing, land on the balls of your foot and spend minimal contact time. don't bend your legs too much.


well I gained an inch or two from the Smolov squat program - well you expect that with 3/4 inch gain on my legs :)
 
could do them off of the box squatting boxes Ijust made?, or would that be too dangerous, since they are 3 different boxes?
