Is 20mg ED enough for 800mg a week of test with 3.33iu ED rHGH to keep bloat / gyno away?

That's about right. Anywhere between 10-25 mgs ED is OK. If you are not gyno prone u should be ok with 10 mg/ed.

I plan on running 50mg of proviron and 20mg of bd aromasin ed my with 875mg ew of sust ,I did load of reasearch and 20mg ed seem optimal doseage for anything upto a gram ew
