Aromasin / Nolvadex Questions

Few questions for those who have taken aromasin or the liquid equivalent:

1. Is nolva needed if aromasin is used during a cycle?
2. It aromasin is as effective as nolvadex for gyno?
3. How long does it typically take aromasin to take away estrogenic bloat if started once bloating is noticed?

I know JA and myself had a little "discussion" about aromasin, but this question is a bit different. Using just an AI to prevent gyno is a bad idea IMO. Estrogen is very anabolic. I use an AI merely to slightly reduce systemic estrogen but still maintain it at supraphysiological levels. This is where nolva comes in. Nolva prevents estrogenic activity at the breast and allows you to maintain these high systemic estrogen levels w/o experiencing gyno. You're on a cycle; your goal is to grow. So, take advantage of estrogen.....just control it's unwanted effects site-specifically. If you use an AI in does enough to prevent gyno, it's a sure sign that you're suppressing systemic estrogen more than you want/need to.
Any of the AIs at about 25% of their therapeutic daily doses with 10-20mg/day of nolva is ideal IMO
(adex at .25mg/day, letro at 1.25mg EOD, aromasin at 12.5mg EOD)

i did deca/dbol and did .5 adex (took it at same time as my HCG which was also e3d) e3d and it worked out great
