aromasin dosage

will be starting my cutting cycle:

500mg test enan
600mg eq
60mg var

i want to try and keep bloat very minimal so i have some aromasin (diet will be in check)

thinking about running it 12.5mg EOD or 12.5 ED any suggestions??

It depends on each person. For me 12.5 E3D is almost too much. Is hard to find an accurate dosage. The best way is going through blood tests to find the right one.

The other option is, wait until you get high estrogen symptoms, then star let's say at 12.5mg E2D. Give it 7-10 weeks to make effect. You will feel the difference. If that right "feeling" starts going away, that means your estrogen levels now are going low. At that point stop Aromasin and let Estrogen build up again. Is crazy but is the only way to dose properly without blood test.
