is aromasin any different than arimidex or femara for getting rid of gyno. one 25mg tab a day for a month would cost $6 a day "legally obtained" and non-generic real stuff.

I have never heard of any Anti-A getting rid of gyno. These drugs are for prevention!

I have used all 3 and good old arimidex was and still is my favorite. Femera kills my sex drive for some reason and aromasin doesnt seem to work as well as the others. In theory Aromasin, being a suicidal aromatase inhibitor, should work better. It didnt in my experiences!

i had heard on the boards that aromasin was effective at getting rid of gyno (i suppose with other drugs like nolvadex). just something i had heard, didn't know if there was any validity to it. i want to keep using andractim with 40mg nolva ED......but andractim is out at the clinic here online, so that sucks. got 1/4 tube left and now i have to stop. just looking around for other alternatives.

I think that nolva would be more effective in reducing gyno becasue it actually antagonizes the estro receptors in the breast tissure. Gyno treatment is an unlabeled use of nolva...

yeah, like i said i am using 40mg ED and intend to do so for a LONG time. been using it during a long cycle for 4-5 months already now at 40mg ED. started running andractim too. i'll be on anavar now, so i hope the nolva has a better chance to work since i was using it to combat any new gyno symptoms on the cycle. it actually did cause a decrease i'd say for sure, even during the cycle. and it involved test and fina. suprising.

How do you guys think aromasin would work post cycle used instead of arimidex?

Since it actually destroys e-receptors, it would probably most useful at the very end of nolva/clo treatment, to counteract whatever estrogen rebound may occur. Not sure if its true, but femara/arimidex can lead to a rebound after discontinuance.

I dont think that femara and arimidex lead to a rebound becasue they stop the estrogen from being made, period. Nolva however only binds to receptors leaving all the estrogens to remain flating in the system, building up.

Hmmm, doesn't low levels of estrogen lead to an upregulation of aromatase?
