in the begining.

DBOL & PRIMO. primo was like 200 mgs a week or so, and sbol was like 4 a day.
when he was off this cycle he still looked good


in the middle. DBOL & DECA...this was SERGIO OLIVAS favorite.
when he was off this cycle he still looked ok.

in the end.....DBOL & DECA & TEST SUSPENSION. PRIMO TOO I THINK.
when he was off htis cycle he got kinda fat

IN 1980 for his last OLYMPIA...he did everything including the kitchen sink.

well that dbol and primo only shit is BS, A personal friend of mine who resides in arkansas now, played in the nfl for the detroit lions from 1970-75, and he went to venice CA and lived with arnold for a month and trained with him for 3 months, the summer before training camp in 69, he gave arnold and franco those blue golden hurricane shorts that they wear in alot of pictures, anyway he told me that arnold took in a span of a summer a grocery bag full of shit, everything out at the time, he would take 100 dbol at once each day, and arnold and franco use to go to the morgue to have gh sucked out of dead bodies and injected into their bodies, alot of guys on here want to say its BS, but its true, how do you think arnold and franco got that huge gap in their fuckin teeth. He also said arnold did a moderate amount of other drugs like cocaine, pot, and other shit, but he said the steroid amounts were ungodly and the average person couldnt even begin to imagine the unreal amounts of steroids that were took by arnold.

i dont think anyone knows what he really used and what his cycles were. u hear alot of rumors but everyone has different opinions. who knows? :confused:
 
Well, it's all speculation until/if the man comes out with the truth himself.

I must say though, CN1 , that the thing about going to the morgue and extracting HGH from dead bodies and then injecting it in oneself sounds pretty hard to believe!!! The rest is plausible I suppose but I assume you mean 100 mg dbol/day - NOT 100 dbols a day!?!?

in Weider's magazine he wrote an article, the title was
"they thought if Arnold took 3 (d-bols), they could take 9 and get big 3 times a fast".

So yes, i came out with it, more then 20 years ago.

He had heart surgery...for someone who is born with such incredible genetics would NOT HAVE to have this type of surgery in his late forties.

Steve Michalik himself claimed they used to buy monkey brains and suck the juice out of the pituitaries(for GH).

As far as 100 d-bol a day.Many have done that.I know one guy personally who took 1500mg in one day once!
I've seen many,many guys just pour a handful of tabs without counting before training.
