Arnold and GLobal Warming

This is great news. This is also one of the best things a Democrat can say about a Republican. I think they should go over the top of "W"'s head on global warming and start with looking into cellulose ethanol and fuel cells so that we can stop depending on OPEC countries and old style drilling for fuel. We need cleaner burning fuels and we need them in production NOW. If it's not the hurricanes what about the kids? Have you noticed there have bee n more and more incidents of heat stroke in football practices around the country due to hotter summers. This wasn't even thought about when I was in high school... It needs to be addressed. This is a good start.

I love how he dogged GW. I'd like to see them debate. It might end up with carnage, you never know.

lol Arnold is great if it wasnt for him Bush might not even be in office right now. Arnold has a huge influence in Ohio. Plus I love how he pretty much does what he wants.

Right now the Los Angeles times is running an excellent series called "Altered Oceans" discussing global warming.

Part 2 covers the mass strandings of marine mammals and people studying it :qt: ....The series is an interesting read. People are so ignorant in not worrying how things like massive run-off, deforestation, over fishing ect do not have any consequence on the earth...especially when it has started to have negative effects on apex predators in the ocean.

I'm pretty sure it does, some people are just in denial. Be careful Starfish! Those animals are much bigger than little ole you. You should have been a mermaid. :)

I want to see Arnold in True Lies 2 and Terminator 4. Of course, he's good for California in the governor's seat too.

I like Arnie.
I read an artical in National Geographic, some years back, on the effects of pollution on frogs. Chemical pollution, light pollution, noise pollution, etc.
Sad what we're doin to the froggies. Sadder still, or not, depending on your perspective, is what this means for us.

I don't think that people will figure it out until it's too late. People are too short sighted in regards to the world around them. They want every imaginable comfort and luxury now, and they think they will have time to worry about the consequences later. The problem is "later" is here now. :(
