Army bors......

I just got hooked u with an e-mail addy with the military. Supposedly this sight in which I access the mail has all of my personnal info and is easily accessible. The key word is supposedly. The site is called AKO.....@ us.army.mil. Are there any brosephs out there that can give me some tips on navigating that sight? Are there any useful tools on said site that I can use in my benefit? Holla at your non-plat broly!!!!

P.S........I'm not sure if other branches use this site as well so Bigmann245 if you know somethin', speak on it!!!

I wish I was a little more conditioned......I focused on my strength more than conditioning so......I'm doing cardio ED and only doing weights EOD.

how long are you running everyday bro? what pace?

I just did 3.25 miles yesterday at about 9 min pace.
