Russia has a new "vacuum bomb" that has the destructive force of a nuclear weapon, but without the fallout. It will pretty much vaporize any organic matter within the blast radius.

we should have the biggest baddest weaponry available, BUT ONLY FUCKING USE THEM AGAINST ACTUAL THREATS TO OUR NATIONAL SECURITY NOT WAR PROFITEERING DIVERSIONS.

but that said, I wouldnt trust GW and Cheney with a water pistol, never mind nukes.

Thermobaric weapons are nothing new and more likely to be used in a terrorist against the US than nukes, all you need are explosives and gasoline. British special forces thought we used a tactical nuke when the US used a thermobaric bomb in Desert Storm.
