Armidex dosing question

Hey guys I'm running a cycle right now of just 500mg per week testosterone enth. I've NEVER had any gyno, sensitive nipples, bloat issues related to estrogen issues. I know you're supposed to take armidex EOD but could I use .25 every 4 days when I pin, just to keep my estrogen reasonably balanced? I don't want to stop using entirely because its tougher to get rid of estrogen than keep it in check.

It depends on how sensitive you are, Every four days in a good starting point, you want to keep estrogen in check not totally anniliate it because the body has to have some estrogen for steroids to work.


I've never had problems with Gyno,itchy nips just like you, so i never use it, but! I have some if a problem occurs.

I ran 500mg ew of test e/cyp blend and never had issues either with estrogen but based on my blood tests I kept estrogen with in normal range using .25-.33mg eod.

I was also on 10pumps 2x Ed of formastanzol

And masterone e at 400mg ew.

All that ^^^ is said to have an effect on estrogen so keep that in mind.

That's how my body reacted to the compounds so take it as you will. A blood test is always best to find your own personal "balance". But if your constantly hot, bloated, high bp, red, mild erection issues.. You can be pretty sure your estrogen is higher then it should be. At least in my experiance
