Armed and Dangerous

Yeah right, to me my arms look dangerously small! Anyway, like I have mentioned in a previous thread, my arms (biceps) just don't want to cooperate! I work them pretty hard and they just won't grow like I want them too.
I am careful not to overtrain them as well. Do any of you have a bicep routine that you think may help?
I currently will do something like this
Start with either standing barbell curls or seated preacher curls, I alternate weekly. (4 or 5 sets)
Then I go to seated dumbell curls (4 sets)
Sometimes I finish with close grip pull-ups.

What should I be doing?
 
There was a post on here about injecting anabolics into the biceps for better gains. Did you see it? Are you natural?

No George, I didn't see that post. Thanks fo rthe reply by the way.
I am not completely natural but I am not someone who uses gear on a very regular basis either though. I wish I had the cash to feed the habit like that, I would definitely look a lot better then I do now.

Something often overlooked in the quest for big arms is BRACHIALIS work.The biceps brachialis is the muscle sandwiched between your bicep and tricep,and is actually an underestimated and often neglected piece of the puzzle for thick arm developement.You can stress this muscle rather effectively by doing curls with a grip that has your palms facing inward,towards your torso(i.e.HAMMER-CURLS).Try throwing 2-3 sets of hammer curls into your arm routine for the next few months and see what happens....
