Arm Numbness while sleeping and on.

Sometimes when I running a course I will wake up and My arm(s) will be numb, like I was sleeping on it(them) wrong. It seems like the harder the cycle or shit Im on the worse it is. I wasnt really bothered at first but on my last Primo/Tren/Winny cycle it was really bad. Previous cycles with tren have caused it too but never this bad. I would be more concerned but I have had friends say the same shit happens to them when they are on larger cycles. Any thoughts?

It means that you are not getting oxygen to your muscles thats why they get "stars", as my daughter calls it. I would have it checked out. I doubt it has anything to do with the roids though.

I get this...but it seems like it only happens when I have a truly wicked should workout. But I also have a tendancy to sleep partly on my side and parly on my stomach with one my arm supporting my pillow.

I get it pretty regular )on or off cycle) when i sleep on my back. Can't explain it other than if I move my arms further away from my body...they don't fall asleep.

This is definately only when I am on shit, it was never as bad as my last cycle. A couple of nights I had to fucking like wake my arm up for a minute or so, Im talking like completely numb, couldnt move it. Thats what got me concerned. It seems like the bigger my cycle then the worse it is, it doesnt bother me that bad but I want to know if this is something that is normal or what.

NO, not normal. If it was normal I don't think that you would be trip'n. I would wait for some other bros to post, they might know more. But no one can tell you for sure till you go to the doc.

It is very normal. I know many people who have this problem. I believe when my arms got above 18" is when it really got bad. I have to sleep like I'm in a coffin to keep my arms from falling asleep. As far as being steroid related it would depend on how much you grow when on.

Dude, glad to see this post. I am going thru the exact same thing right now, and the only diff in this cycle is, it's the first time I have ever used Tren, but honestly I was writing it off to the HGH cause that's sort of what it feels like, but much more intense. I have been getting woken up thru the night with the pain. I actually went to see my chiro today about it and he said that my elbows were getting worked pretty hard and he "popped" them around. Worked for awhile but I am lying here with my laptop and it's starting up already, curious to see what other's have to say.

it happens to me when i'm not on cycle, very occasionally though, usually after a tough work-out. its no big deal man. Try not to fall asleep with your head on ur arm or something. use the pillows.

I can only fall asleep on my back usually b/c my chest it too big and gets smashed, but I dont know what I do after im asleep. Honestly this last time it was intense, i was wondering if my shit was going to wake up! LOL. I just wanna make sure im not having a fucking stroke or something! ;)

it could have something to do w/ having really tight fascia (muscle girdle/connective tissue). what may be happening in your case is that you have too much connective tissue in that area, and when "on" your muscles get bigger and press against the rigid connective tissue sheath, which does not expand concurrently w/ muscle growth. this can really inhibit blood flow.i get this in my calves- i get numb spots when i jog (but not when i sprint or do anything else), especially when i first warm up. you will laugh, but the only thing that gets rid of it is viagra or cialis- they are strong vasodialators and will increase circulation to even the most problematic areas. hope this helps

Dude your right, I am laughing! Thats the last thing I need to hear! Hey heres a question....What makes it harder to sleep?

A. Having numb arms.

B. Having a big ass boner. :p

HA! Thanks for the reply though man, it makes sense.

One of the reasons I am concerned about this is that a few months back I went out with this girl and got fucking wasted, and she slept on her wrist wrong and was too drunk and her body didnt wake her up to tell her that her shit was asleep. The next morning she was freaking out b/c she really couldnt move her wrist- it took like 4 wks to get back to normal, no shit. So i dont want something like that to happen and fuck my training all up.

happens to me almost everyday, when im in class just sitting there my hand will fall asleep or when im sleeping. eh im not too worried about it. but im not on cycle, so maybe something is wrong with me

i get this a lot when on too.. even sitting on the couch watching tv with my head propped up on my arm. DRL makes a very good point, as it seems like it happens to me whenever my arms get close to 16".. whenever my arms get big they fall asleep a LOT.
(and yes 16" is considered big when you're only 5 7" and 150lbs.) :)
