None at all. Use aromasin of AIFM instead.

If you do decide to stick with 'dex, start at 1mg ED and adjust from there.

you dont think .5 mg ed would be enough??? it would be easier to adjust up instead of adjusting down. wouldnt it????

It's always better start lower if you suspect that 0.5mg ED might be sufficient.

When it comes down to it, though, you have to make your own call on AI usage; we really are all different. 1mg ED doesn't / wouldn't do the job for me.

I have 1 mg pills . so could you go 1mg every other day or should you take it everyday. hard to bite in half. too small. I dont think i need but .5 ed.

Use a sharp knife along the dividing line, assuming it has one. Firm pressure should snap the pill in two.

Arimidex is a very week AI. I also suggest using Aromasin or AIFM.

but the question is could you get away with doing adex eod instead of everyday??? i know people who have done it with liquid but theses are pills so i dont know?

from a half life stand point. YES. it does not matter whether it pills or liquid.

arimidex is generally weak, though some respond well to it. these are generally people with fairly low aromatase levels and higher sulfatase levels. not super common but not super uncommon either.
