I'm thinking of taking arimidex all year long at a
low dose(0,25mg/day).
Any opinions on this?? Good/bad idea???

To controll high levels of natural estrogen...

Clomid vs Arimidex
Arimidex inhibits estrogen formation; many scientists/Docs feel that some estrogen is essential in men. In the obese man, inhibition is preferred, for his fat cells are pumping out tons of estrogen. In the lean man, with little BF, then Clomid works, for there is very little estrogen to block, and the liver can rid the body of any excess estrogen.
I am starting to do more research in this area. My hypothesis is that men really don't need estrogen. I was very interested in the Aromasin post. If we can greatly minimize estrogen levels in men, then water retention and fat accumulation (in female distribution patterns) will be minimized. Clean up the insulin resistence with Glucophage, and maximize testosterone levels, and we are on our way to long life. If you have lots of money to burn, then HGH may have a place in this equation.

hey Dr.JMW, do you have any info on the use of Alpha Lipolic Acid to combat insulin resistance? I've tried glucophage but my GI tract just can't tolerate it.
