what's a proper dosage of arimidex to be taken on an 8 week cycle of sust 500mg week/deca 300mg week to keep down the bloating and such? and how often should it be taken?

from what i can find it should be taken at about 0.25mg to 0.5mg a day. is that about right? anyone?

Yes, for that dose of test typically it would be used at 0.25mgs/ED or 0.50mgs/EOD.
