Arimidex vs. Nolva...

I would think arimidex is clearly the choice of the two...
Have nolva on hand and was wondering if i should consider using to keep water retention down....
400 Deca
500 Test E
30 mg Dbol

mild to moderate water retention in past cycles....

How much arimidex were you planning to take? and what kind??

I would take .5mg ed on that cycle and you should have no bloat and if ya do its likely do to PR sides from deca. Dont use nolva unless you start to get signs of gyno.

Just start out with .25 and if you start to see any sides bump it up.

Most likely at .25mg ED, you will still see some bloat(not too much, really depends on the person and the cycle), but at .5mg Ed most of the bloat will be gone. Like it was said, start with .25mg, and after a couple of days decide what you what to do.

Legit tabs are 1mg each but there are underground tabs that are .25. Additionally it has a 50 hour half life so you could cut a 1mg tab in half and take .5mg eod.
