Arimidex step up dosage?

Hey everybody,

I have a friend that is doing test with me, 500mg / week. I am on .5mg arimidex EOD and is fine. He is taking the same dose. He gets nipple sensitivity on the second day but goes away once he takes his dose. Seems he may need a bit more. Should he up it to .75mg EOD or 1mg EOD?

Arimidex is nit nearly as strong as aromasin so for people more gyno prone aromasin is a much better option... The amount of test may just be too much for him as well... If hes intent on staying with arimidex, considering the symptoms, he should go to ,5 mg ed... I would switch to aromasin... Check out ag-guys.com if you switch... If not, up the dosage as i recommended...

I agree go with ED at the same dose.

Arimidex isn't suicidal so you get a estrogen spike when it clears, stick with aromisin to prevent this or even forma.

I would use the minimum effective dose that works for him. Try .75mg EOD and see how he does.

You both are already above from what is recommended, I would definitely say that his solution is adding Tamoxifen 10-20 mg a day to his cycle.

.5 mg eod is the recommended dosage, so neither of them is over it...

1mg arimidex ED would be a good option, or switch to 25mgs aromasin ED

Thanks we've decided that he will take .5ED for right now. When I started I couldn't get aromasin locally and to be perfectly honest didn't really fully understand the difference in AI's. At the time, adex seemed to be the most recommended AI so I stocked up and picked up some letro just in case of emergencies. My local source now carries aromasin so will pick some up. It won't hurt to have all 3 at our disposal.

I am in Canada and am a little sketched out about ordering RC's from the US.

I would go for more frequent dosing.
