Arimidex or Nolvadex?

Just gonna b startin a Ten week course on sus and deca! which is betr to run with. Arimidex or Nolvadex?

I don't know how much deca you're using, but neither will help if you get any gyno from the deca. Some say it might help a little, but it won't help with progesterone/prolactin gyno. Here's a good link for you to read.

Start cycle in 3 weeks. training goin well, 5 on 2 off. average cal intake about 4,500 - 5,500, @ weekends more.
overall i'm looking to bulk up and cut near week 8ish.

i've tried deca last year and got some excellent gains, this is the first time am gonna be mixin! heard that Arimidex was good to run with and was just wantin opions on it. thanks again. Alsh69

Sustenon-250. 1ml sus and 1ml deca. 2ml in total e/w for 10.

let me clarify...mg/ml of deca, what I meant is how many mgs are there per ml of your deca, like 200mgs/ml, 100mgs/ml etc...

X is requesting the actual milligram dosage per ML of liquid deca.
