Arimidex+Nolva during Test prop/Equipoise cycle

hi there guys
I am new to this site but really old reader and a big fan of Elite fitnesss.people on this site are really nice and helpful i have seen thats why i joined.newaiyz i am about to start my cycle of eq/test prop.i have got enough airimidex,nolva,clomid and proviron,i am goin to run this cycle for 10 weeks sumthing like this..
1-10 test prop:400mg
1-10 equipoise:400 mg
7-10 hcg:300iu e3d
pct nolva:40/20/20
clomid:100/50/50
STATS; 6.1"
227 lbs
bf: 18
age:26
dieture clories 3000-3700(350g p)low fat and low carbs
I am gonna run .25mg of arimidex eod or .50mg through out this cycle till end.I got 2 questions should i be runing 10mg of nolva ed or shall i do it eod coz i can't afford to have gyno or anything like that.coz i already have some kinda littel fat deposit under my right nipple just coz of deca only cycle which i did about 4 years ago.after that i have done some M1t's cycle.thats it.Another reason for runing nolva it will help my cholestrol coz arimidex is kinda hard if you add these 2 its kinda beneficial.thats what i read.
my second question is when shall i stop taking arimidex+nolva after the last injection of Equipoise.equipoise has got long life so i don't want any side.

i wouldn't run nolva and adex at the same time, that's a lot of estrogen suppression. just stick with the adex and if you're worried about your cholesterol (which i approve of) take fish/krill oil. you can pick it up at the grocery store or at vitamin shoppe or whatever. pop a few of those bad boys through out the day and you're good to go.

very good advice control estrogen with ai and if you have a gyno flare up control it with a serm

i have got COD LIVER OLl 1000 mg per capsule.. 1 cap a day.Is this ok??
