arimidex in mexico?

I'm heading to Mexico in two weeks and was just woundering if arimidex is available in the pharmacies there.

I was in Puerto Vellarta last August went into like 20 pharms askin for rimidex, nada

I have never seen it there but someone else here said it can be found. But why? With a little work it can be found quickly onlne.
