Arimidex how much?

Hey, on a 10 wk cycle of sust at 300mg per wk how much arimidex would i need per day to inhibit aromatase.All the reading I have done has not given me the proper amounts.

.25mgs/ED or .50mgs/EOD

With the low dosage you are using it may not even be necessary. If I were you I would not use it at all (unless you start blowing up with water weight...)
