Arimidex help please

I was going to take 750mg or 1 gram of aratest a week for a 10 week cycle along with 40mg d-bol for the first 4 weeks I dont want any gyno. I started to get a little with my last cycle.

How much Arimidex should I take?

I was going to take 1mg ed but wanted to check it out first.

I usually recommend .25mg per 250mg/wk of test. Thats usually more than enough for most, but occasionally not enough as well. Since you know .5mg/ed didnt work on 3/4g of test I would go with 1 tab ed as will suggested. Also, as mentioned by ripper, nolva on hand is a very good idea.
