Arimidex & Clomid

Hey guys Im about to start a 12 week cycle that consist of 1000mg/week of test cyp,,,,400mg/week of deca...and i plan on running D-bol @ 40 mg/day for the first 5 weeks. So my question is when do i start arimidex and how much per day and i need some info on clomid dosages...THanx ENC
