Just reading a study on Arimidex (anastrozole)

There is limited clinical experience of accidental overdosage. In animal studies, anastrozole demonstrated low acute toxicity. Clinical trials have been conducted with various dosages of Arimidex, up to 60 mg in a single dose given to healthy male volunteers these dosages were well tolerated. A single dose of Arimidex that results in life-threatening symptoms has not been established. There is no specific antidote to overdosage and treatment must be symptomatic.

There's little chance of overdosing A-dex. The problems would result in long term use and an ongoing dangerously low estrogen count. (Just one thing that was suspected in Andres Muntzer
s demise).

The whole thing about A-dex being "too strong" was started, (incorrectly I believe) By Bill Llywellin. Hell, just lower the dosage!

Incidentally, the same holds true for HCG. Guys are using dosages meant to stimulate ovarie production -- 5000 i.u.s Men don;t respond to dosages over 2000 iu's in any given course so it's a waste to do more.

agreed. long term useage as you said i guess has yet to be proved, as in high doses over a prolonged period. high doses in the short term appear to be safe though.
