Arimadex/Nolvadex Help ??

Anyone have good links to threads for Arimadex and Nolvadex?

Most of the search topics are about buying these two. The "How to run Clomid" thread was great....I was hoping to find something similar for these drugs too.

How's this, take .5mg of arimidex eod. With nolvadex take it if signs of gyno show up. I'd take 40mg the first day followed by 20mg for the next 4 days and 10mg for the next 5 days.

I'd post a link to a thread, but I would have to do the same search that you would to find one.
