Mom made a special recipe for me :)
She had to change it for me.. I dont have the guts to eat the real thing--soo good and so fatty!!!!lol

It is ww crepes stuffed with ground cooked(boiled) chicken breast and prosciutto ham (omitting fat .. the original recipe has lots of other goodies in it... like bacon), ff and low fat sour cream,1 whole egg & seasoning... Then you fill the crepes with that and bake in oven . It is served with a creamy low fat sour cream/lf mayo/parsley/lemmon juice sauce..soooo good :p :p

Dessert:
Pistachio cake
(sf ff jello pistachio mix w. 1/2 white cake mix and lemon yogurt, frosted w. sf ff jell-o pistachio pudding)!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for stoppin by. I try to make it to your log (and everyone elses) but I cant be on EF for more than like 2min intervals. LOL im surfing the net HIIT-style!

The diet is ok, no problems yet... Im still recovering from the comp. believe it or not. Getting sick messed everything up and Im almost back to where I started in January. So I guess you can say Im not doing too well just yet. Im gonna try to get some pix up soon :)

Aside from the acutal puking and fever, I can say you need to go to the doc. GO read my log if you want to know why I'm 'under the weather'

A fever is no good! Means you might be fighting an infection! Take bunny's advice and GO TO THE DOCTOR, actually have somebody take you there, you should not be driving. :heart:

I have antibiotics and Im supposed to wait for vomiting out the 'other end' so I will know it passed. Lab results tomorrow which will confirm.

Im off to bed. I hope to wake tomorrow and without this feeling in my stomach. :worried:

*Worst night of sleep ever!!!! My stomach feels like "rotten" and every time I move I feel it. YUCK it is so nasty. I NEVER WISH THIS FEELING ON ANYONE!!!! I was gonna complain and say: "why does everything always happen to me" BUT I cant even compare to some people. I have a little food poisoning. Big deal. As soon as I go to the bathroom :) and eat something I'll be fine.

I hope all of you are in good health and enjoy your weekend. It is really really nice outside right now. I wish I had a puppy (boxer) that I can hang out with outside ;) right Buns?

AHHHHHH feels good to be BACK! Fully recovered ... I FORCED my self to eat darn it!!! I ALMOST weighed my self... but I didnt. I'll wait 2 weeks at least :rolleyes: Last time I weighed in It was after I was sick... weighed in @ 146lbs. Wondering if the BF jumped up since the comp... probably. Im guessing yes since I dont starve anymore :p
*Should go in and get that done... wondering if I should just buy my own calliper..hmmm ???

it's great to feel good! I was sick too and am still a bit down but today I worked out and wow! I actually did so well with my workout. Granted that my throat hurts right now and that I maybe pushed my limits a bit much, I felt great throughout the day ;-) Feeling healthy is sooo important! If you don't feel well, workouts are terrible if even possible!!!!

You must tell me YOUR secret on doing HIIT for an hour straight ... after 20 min., 30 min max of full on High Intensity, I know many peope will keel over ... do you track your HR?

When I run stairs/toboggan slides, I can get my HR easily over 200 (NOT that I EVER recommend that people!)

I'm curious as to what you do & how intense you go esp. if it's over 30 minutes, of High Intensity Intervals?

LOL ok this is what I do:
Tredmill- 20-30 min. inc. 0 speed 3.2 fr 1 min. and one min. @ 10mph 0 inc.

then I do the interval on the stationary... 1 min @ 90 RPM, 1 min @ 130rpm

then the elliptical : intervals program except the ramp is ALL THE way up. 1 min @ 80 (i dunno what its called...like spins maybe?) then when the intensity changes... 1min @ resistance 7 @ 140 spins.

I hope that explains it...anyway... by the end, I am seriouslly dripping in water. ITS GROSS . I check my HR once in a while... It ranges between 150-180. :)

**You feeling up to "the day" today??? ONE MORE DAY TILL FRIDAYYY

p.s. NO WAY in hell have I ever been @ 200 HR

I hear ya with the sweat and HIIT. I really hate those girls who don't sweat!

CREPES.... i used to make pancakes by adding 1/2c ff cottage cheese but it was wayyy too much food. I like the 4 thin crepes instead lol :p
