I was curious about stacking the amino acid l-arginine with popular supplement creatine monohydrate? I have read numerous studies and heard a number of great things about stacking these two together. From what I understand a few grams of arginine taken with simple sugars can increase glycogen storage by a lot.
Anyone heard anything about this or tried it? From what everything I have understood stacking maybe 5g of creatine along with 3-5g of arginine is great for postworkout nutrition. A new product called TRAC does this.
