OK my scalp seems to be itching i don't know what this is a sign of but heres my question ..

I am not gonna loose my hair any time soon.. but is there something i should be taking which will actually heal the harshness created by sust/winny ?? I know this type of question is posted all the time but i am young and looking for specifics for me .. thanks !
