Are you ultra shredded for spring?

Hey CB, you running a cycle bro? Maybe we can help you out.
 
What are you looking to do? Bulk or cut? Throw some stats, age, height, weight, BF, previous cycles etc.
 
u love making threads bro! lol.... well.. been dieting for a few weeks.. leaner, but same weight.. on test now :) will be very shredded for summer
 
put on 15 pounds in 3 weeks... now im trying to keep that size but really shredd up... i know my weight is going to drop 5-10 lbs... but im going to look much bigger and cut...this is my first go around with trying to almost get to that "pre contest" type look... with a limited juice supply though

i'm looking to cut up. i'm 6'3 250 lbs. looking to lose 25 pounds.
 
finished a 6 week cutter and went from 95kg to 88kg so that is a 15lbs loss in 6 weeks which is pretty good. used var prop and a lot of cv and 1500clas a day
 
not ultra shredded but I am doing cardio a lot lately to get that way, i have been incorporating a lot of running, and biking everyday, i see results and i am quite happy about it...

my joints are kind of hurting and i may need to take something for that, don't know what yet...

also since i have been doing much cardio i feel my body temperature is higher than normal during the day/night for some reason and i drink tons of water, does anyone know if this is normal?

In regards to the original post... I've been on my current workout run for 5 months now, and I am in my 10th week of Test520/Deca500 per week, and I have put on almost 30 pounds. My bodyfat has gone up from 7% to 11% and i've been holding at 11% for about a month and a half now.

I have about a months worth of gear left, and will start trying to cut with Thermorexin, Glucorell, Sesapure, CardioBreeze, L-Taurine and Clen as soon as Im fresh out of gear. So hopefully I wil be "ultra shredded" for at least the end of spring... cause im pretty bulked up right now (for me... 211 pounds @ 6'2") :coffee:
 
im cutting right now, got to right at 260lbs (6' tall) in january, taking IGF, HGH, Tren, winny....now just taking IGF, HGH and starting var, primobolin, winny......i've cut 15 lbs and look better than i have in years!

No I am not taking anything except guarana for energy just before I run and korean ginseng, multi - vitamins and magnesium that is all.

I have done cardio before but I do not remember having a higher temperature/feeling hot during the day like this many hours after running/biking.

Whenever I throw in a good amount of cardio into my workout regimine, I can tell it gets my "furnace" burning a lot more, but i have never noticed that much of a significant amount of thermogenic-type effects to be that noticable or be concerned about.

This is an interesting one... Bump for more feedback. :coffee:

It's your metabolism running in overdrive those few hours after cardio. Always does that. Especially if you do cardio in the mornings. Perfectly normal.

That crossed my mind too but I never thought that the metabolism could run on overdrive even 10 hours after my cardio. I have to say that when I do cardio I go hard and all of my muscles hurt like crazy for days. lol

Start taking glucosamine and chondrotin NOW as you will not likely see the effects for months. Ramp up on your high impact cardio, do not just go from never running to 1 hour a day. Add some low impact to suppliment until you joints can repair.

I know that my body temp goes from an average of 97.2 to 98.0 when I run 5 times per week. I have no real control on this experiment though as when my running is up so are all of my other good diet and excercise habits.

What is your temp? What is it before?

Thanks, I will buy those tomorrow from GNC if they sell them, hopefully they will help.

Cardio has always been part of my training but not the HIIT style.Where as before I was just running at one speed and I think my body got used to it. Perhaps the change in my running style has contributed to how my body feels now.

For the past 1 week I have been running about 30 mins a day high intensity (as much as my body can take) and low intensity HIIT, I do medium/high intensity (again as much as my body can take) on the bike for another 20 mins then 10 mins on the elliptical machine on low intensity . I have not taken my temp but I can feel it has increased like never before, its like wearing a woolen jumper on a mid summer night. Before it was 37 degreed C not sure now.

Only on Saturday. I lift in the AM Monday-Friday then do cardio directly afterward. I need a full tank to make it through lifting as I'm normally at it for 1:20 or so. Then I drag my tired ass upstairs to hit the elliptical for 45 minutes.

I don't normally lift on Saturday or Sunday but do hit cardio on Saturday so empty stomach on Saturday is manageable.
