How much muscle gain & fat loss you have since you started your cycle?

i'm looking to cut up. i'm 6'3 250 lbs. looking to lose 25 pounds.i am what i am said:What are you looking to do? Bulk or cut? Throw some stats, age, height, weight, BF, previous cycles etc.

also since i have been doing much cardio i feel my body temperature is higher than normal during the day/night for some reason and i drink tons of water, does anyone know if this is normal?

In regards to the original post... I've been on my current workout run for 5 months now, and I am in my 10th week of Test520/Deca500 per week, and I have put on almost 30 pounds. My bodyfat has gone up from 7% to 11% and i've been holding at 11% for about a month and a half now.
I have about a months worth of gear left, and will start trying to cut with Thermorexin, Glucorell, Sesapure, CardioBreeze, L-Taurine and Clen as soon as Im fresh out of gear. So hopefully I wil be "ultra shredded" for at least the end of spring... cause im pretty bulked up right now (for me... 211 pounds @ 6'2")![]()

I have done cardio before but I do not remember having a higher temperature/feeling hot during the day like this many hours after running/biking.

Stacemranger said:It's your metabolism running in overdrive those few hours after cardio. Always does that. Especially if you do cardio in the mornings. Perfectly normal.

narshh said:Start taking glucosamine and chondrotin NOW as you will not likely see the effects for months. Ramp up on your high impact cardio, do not just go from never running to 1 hour a day. Add some low impact to suppliment until you joints can repair.
I know that my body temp goes from an average of 97.2 to 98.0 when I run 5 times per week. I have no real control on this experiment though as when my running is up so are all of my other good diet and excercise habits.
What is your temp? What is it before?
