DJs is easy pickens. Only problem is the girls are usually not as hot as lets say the girls from Surf Club/Temps. This is b/c most of the girls from the latter group are usually strippers. However, I am trying to stay away from the Surf Club scene for now b/c I don't want to bump into my ex. She is a dancer as well and most of the hot chicks appear to be somehow be connected or know her.
What I mean when I started this thread is are you sick of the scene meaning the same old people and the same clubs. It has nothing to do with age, but if you frequent your areas hot spots if it is like the NY metro you see the same heads week after week. Gets very old quick. Thus, I am looking into finding a new scene for me. Not sure what it will be as of yet.

i hope i dont get sick of the scene anytime soon, being that i've been going out since i was 19, and i'll be turning 21 september 3rd, and i've already been to some of the greatest clubs ever created!! it varies w/ the individual i guess, i mean, i know 31 year olds that party harder than i ever will, and i also know 24 year olds that are already shutting down their act for good. some say its all about moderation, but i say just enjoy it while it lasts, take a break if ya need one, and if you need a change of scenery, go for it.

Been in the scene for 11 years commencing as a raver. I'm 29 now. Although i live in Sydney, i feel the same way as BaldBull.
Back in the good ole days, the scene was smaller, tighter and people were there because they loved 'real' dance music. Sure, the drugs were around and they were much better, but these days, the scene is dominated by drug addicts who couldn't care less if they were listening to pink floyd or Tenaglia.
I still enjoy going out and partying hard, but prefer to stick to the underground scene, which although not like it used to be is still better than the hyped up shit that dominates the club scene of today.
