Are you in a rut?

i have been as of late...however this is not normal behavior for me...but i think im liking it.
 
haven't been in a rut for a long time, like to keep things fresh
 
I'm in a rut with my diet... I've been eating clean for so long now.. Temptation grows.. but once those abs are in for me.. It will pay off.. 260 to 205 isn't half bad I don't think.. I'm just looking forward to getting back home, where I can get some more supplements to aid in the process.. I need some Y ES damnit
 
my diet stays good except for infrequent one meal lapses.. nothing too terrible though.

260 to 205 is IMPRESSIVE man.
 
Ha I wasn't a really fat 260.. That was like after having a gut, but playing college football and taking 3 or 4 cycles 260.. I just am done with football, and since have dropped.. slowly.. 260-240.. 240-220.. I was still looking pretty shitty at 220 but being really lazy after football finished, and now I'm back to being a pretty muscular 205.. I don't look too bad in my avi.. That's about a month ago, and I've gotten more leaned out since then.
