Are you getting enough sleep?

Yeah, but won't it make you cranky? Or is the lack of sleep the reason why you're such a dick?

:lmao:

You could always try a lunesta or ambien. Those work well for me when I'm too cranked-up to sleep.

I get like 8 hours, easy. I could sleep 10 hours before waking up "naturally" w/o an alarm clock

that must be why I'm so jacked

I do feel like a 75 year old going to bed at 9:00pm, lol. Working out in the morning before work will do that to ya.

who the fuck deleted my post

i sleep quite a bit. and no matter if it's 6 or 10 hours, always feel the same. tired and groggy for awhile.

i really think it's sleep apnea...i've been told i snore pretty bad, this is moreso the past couple of years

If you sleep that long and you're still tired after waking, you should have it checked out. It could be sleep apnea or your could have sinus issues (high turbinates, narrow passageways, etc.). I used to always wake up tired even after a "full" night's sleep. It got to the point where, in the middle of the day, I would start to feel as if I were going to pass out. This was due to night after night plagued by a poor quality of sleep marked by continual sinus congestion (with its effect of snoring) -- though it took a long time to finally figure that out. There are many solutions to help better your sleep quality. Visit an ear, nose & throat doctor (ENT/otolaryngologist).

As for my sleep habits now: I usually have a nice quality of sleep. My problem now -- as it has been for a long time -- is that my weeks are busy, there's never enough time in the day or evening to do all the things I want to do and I wind up staying up late and sleeping too little far more often than I should. The fact that I'm a "night person" by nature and habit doesn't help either. During the week I tend to get about four or five hours. During the weekend, when I don't have to deal with an alarm for work, I wake up naturally about six or seven hours after bedtime. (But if I'm really sleep-deprived I can sleep eight or nine hours.)

I didn't consider the sleep apnea angle. And this is coming from a guy who uses and loves his sleep apnea machine.

I clench my jaw all night so I wake up tired if I sleep 3 hrs or 15
