Are you 5% bodyfat or below?

not quite 5% i am 6.5% now 6ft4in 282lbs trying to get to 5% but once you
get below 10% it takes work and time

Yea those are some pretty bold stats to claim with that low of a bodyfat %, i would love to see some pics of that 1. How old are you and how many cycles under your belt?
