are winstrol inject &/or phenyl-propionate faster acting than most injects?

I am unfamiliar with both of these, but I was just wondering if either/both winstrol (zambon) injectible and 100mg phenyl-propionate injectibles are alot faster acting than most injectibles that take like 3-5 weeks to really kick in?
I was just thinking of using one or both of these for my next mass cycle if they are. Would it be ok to do this rather than taking something like sus. I know next to nothing about a phenyl-propionate only injectible so any innfo anyone can give would be appreciated, like how much i would have to take to see an effect and how severe the sides can be. thanks.

Winny is water based and releases in 1-2 days.

Phenylprop releases slightly longer than prop at 3-5 days.

would phenylprop act just like most other tests in terms of effectiveness if taken in large enough doses, but at the same time, seeing REAL results quicker than say, taking sus or enanthate. if not, what is best test to take for quick results? are they mostly the same because they are all oil-based, just different "half-lives"?
or do some release alot quicker than others?

btw, what are some other water-based injectibles besides winny?
