So how incriminating are these boards I mean I know were all here discussing hypothetical situations but?


Also How about your book for you Rick? And for us? say they search our house and find nothing but some AS related books and legal muscle?

Only ONE of the two criteria is self incrimination. Well, we’re all 50% there I guess.

Theoretically, even having a gym membership, a subscription to a bodybuilding magazine, or Arnold's book could tend to be incriminating in some circumstances, as could being "overly" muscular. But this is extremely weak without plenty of other evidence and is generally by far the least of the concerns. In all the steroid cases I've handled or heard of, I've never seen anyone's board membership or posts held against him. On the other hand, I have seen e-mails held against many guys charged with distributing or receiving steroids when those e-mails referenced SPECIFIC transactions, had price offers, etc. Again, the most incriminating evidence in an otherwise weak case is making ADMISSIONS to the authorities (and despite my admonitions, people just keep doing it).
