from what i know -- legal everywhere except the usa.

The usa is #1 in banning any shit that benefits people and makes their life better. weed, steroids, coke, etc. Couple of people fuck it up -- boom, banned.

In Thailand you're supposed to have a script, importing / having non-Thai FDA approved products is also against the law. However 99% of the time neither rule is enforced.
