are PDA's worth it for organization?

Pocket PC

I had a palm once and thought it was great. When it broke, I was initially going to get another palm, but I got a great (blackmarket) deal on a Pocket PC, so I decided to give it a shot. I love it and will never go back to palm.

I go stretches where I just use it all the time, I have alot of handy programs on there that I use at work and also pocket excel and pocket word. Then I go stretches where all I use it for is to get web channels from Avantgo and read the news while I take a shit. Regardless I carry it everyday.

do you use some sort of wireless internet or upload stuff from your cpu?

i have a backberry and a treo.

These are only useful if you have people you can assign things to while you are traveling or doing other tasks and the like. otherwise you don't need it.

I have a wifi adapter I sometimes use to go on the web with it, but the memory is low, so surfing is slow. Other than that I use a USB cable to synchronize with my PC.

dude i have a m125 from like 3 years ago. i just like the convenience its limited capability has so far.

My pocket PC is only 64 MB, my old palm was only 8 MB. Both use(d) avantgo.

Do you have a sync cable? If you do, go to avantgo.com, and register. From there you can subscribe to the channels they have available (news channels, sports channels, entertainment, etc...) or oyu can make your own. It basically downloads the contents of websites to your PDA so you can view/read them offline at any time. Check it out.
