Are mixed nuts ok while cutting?

Right now im dieting pretty hardcore, My calorie intake is very low maybe 1000-1500 and I do 45 min cardio 2x a day. Between meals I get hungry as fuck, I know that nuts are a good snack while putting on weight but what about while dieting, I know their high in fat but isn't it mostly Omega-3's?

otherwise 100-1500 cals for a man is muscle-suicide, paired with cardio 2X/day I hope you know what you're doing.

What are your stats?

You can count nuts as good fats, the issue is the calories. 600 cals/100 grs. Can you afford them on your 1000 cals/day?

I agree completely. I don't care how big/small you are...to low of cals. the mixed nuts are fine. eat fat to burn fat is a good motto. when cutting it is best to reduce carbs and replace with efa's. will be happy to be more specific if you have detailed questions.
 
Yeah it probably wasn't 1000 more like 1500-2000, but really clean. I kinda blow it all out the window on the weekends tho haha.
